目的研究经颅多普勒超声在帕金森病早期诊断中的应用价值。方法方便选取2015年6月—2016年6月在该院门诊就诊的帕金森病及帕金森综合征患者60例为研究对象,其中帕金森病有32例,帕金森综合症有28例,而32例帕金森病患者中有3名因为检查过程中不能配合,28例帕金森综合症患者中有1名因其检查过程中不能配合,最后进入统计数据的共56例。采用经颅多普勒超声对其进行检查,再选取同期60名健康志愿者为研究对象,将其归为对照组,对其进行脑实质超声检查,对比两组检查结果。结果 PD组黑质灰度值为(62.29±10.39),显著高于周围脑组织灰度值(43.38±8.99);PD组的周围脑组织灰度值为(62.39±12.42),显著高于正常对照组的(41.52±12.41),高于帕金森综合征组的(41.22±9.38),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论经颅多普勒超声在帕金森病早期诊断中的应用价值显著。
Objective To research the application value of transcranial Doppler sonography in the early diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. Methods 60 cases of patients with Parkinson's disease treated in the outpatient department from June 2015 to June 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects and there were 32 cases of patients with Parkinson's disease and 28 cases with parkinsonism, in the 32 cases, 3 cases failed to cooperate, and in the 28 cases, 1 case failed to cooperate,and 56 cases were included into the statistical data finally, and 56 cases of patients were examined by transcranial Doppler sonography, and 60 cases of healthy volunteers at the same period were selected as the control group and examined by the brain parenchymal ultrasonic examination, and the examination results were compared between the two groups. Results The substantia nigra grayscale value was obviously higher than the prehematomal brain tissues grayscale value in the PD group,[(62.29±10.39) vs(43.38±8.99)], and the prehematomal brain tissues grayscale value in the PD group was obviously higher than that in the normal control group [(62.39±12.42) vs(41.52±12.41)], which was higher than that in the Parkinsonian syndrome group(41.22 ±9.38), and the difference had statistical significance( P〈0.05). Conclusion The application value of transcranial Doppler sonography in the early diagnosis of Parkinson's disease is obvious.
