由于双极性方波在各个领域的广泛应用,故在实际应用中对其灵活性的要求也越来越高。本文以单片机、MOSFET以及驱动芯片IR2110为主体,设计出了一种周期、幅值均可调整的双极性方波发射电路,且该电路简单、易行,便于调节。对电路进行了仿真和实验,并通过仿真选取了合理的参数,通过对实际电路进行的实验和调试,完成了发射信号的幅值、频率以及功率等参数可调的发射电路的设计,从而验证了电路的稳定性、可靠性、合理性。
As the bipolar square-wave widely used in various fields, so in practical applications the flexibility of the requirements of its growing. In this paper, MCU, MOSFET and driver IC IR2110 as the main design of a cycle can be adjusted amplitude bipolar square wave transmitter, and the circuit is simple, easy, easy to debug. Then, circuit is simulated and experimented, and a reasonable simulation parameters are selected by the actual experiment and debug circuit, and completed the design of the amplitude, frequency and power of the transmitted signal which validated the circuit's stability, reliability, reasonable.
