三峡库区是我国重要的生态屏障,也是我国重要的水源涵养地。然而由于自然及人为因素,该区域城市化过程中伴随着严重的水土流失。本文在分析三峡库区城市水土流失原因及特点的基础上,提出从加强宣传教育、立法监督、科学规划、资金筹集、新技术应用、加强协作等6个方面进行防治。
英文摘要：
The Three Gorges Reservoir Area is an important ecological barrier and important area of water conservation in China. However, due to natural and man-made factors, the regional urbanization process accompanied by serious soil erosion.Based on the analysis of causes and characteristics of urban soil and water loss in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, this paper put forward prevention and control from the following aspects： strengthening propaganda and education,legislative supervision,scientific planning,fund raising,new technology application and strengthening cooperation.
