LIU Jingjing, was born in 1982. She received her BSc and MSc degrees from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Xi＇an Jiaotong University, Xi＇an, China in 2003 and 2006 respectively, and received her PhD degree from the Depart- ment of Electronic and Electrieal Engineering, Loughborough University, Leicestershire, UK in 2011.
