纳米铜因其原料价格低廉、性能稳定及特殊的物理化学性质,在催化、电子、抗菌、润滑剂等领域都有着广泛的应用。湿化学法制备纳米铜对于实验条件制约较小,反应过程中容易对变量进行控制。对湿化学法制备纳米铜进行了综述,重点介绍了溶剂、前体、活性剂、分散剂以及还原剂等的选择,描述了纳米铜的尺寸,形貌等特征,阐明了其生长机理。另外,对纳米铜在不同领域如透明导电电极、导体、传感器、生物医药和催化剂等方面的应用进行了综述。
Because of low-cost, stability and specific physicochemical property of raw materials, nano-copper has been widely used in the field of catalysis,electron,antibiosis and lubricant etc. The preparation method of nano- copper such as wet chemical has little restriction on experiment conditions. All variable quantities can be con- trolled easily in the experiment process. Preparation of nano copper by wet chemical method is summarized in this paper,the emphasis is on the option of dissolvant,precursor, active agent and reduction,the characteristics of dimension and aspect of nano-copper are described, the mechanism of development is also clarified. And its applications in different fields such as transparent conductive electrodes (TCEs), deformable conductors, sen- sors, biological medicine and catalysis are also discussed explicitly in this paper.
