设计并分析一种新型电磁式主动吸振器,研究其输出力的稳定性以及最大输出力。对其磁路结构进行仿真并用等效磁路法分析磁路,得到本电磁作动器的输出力计算公式。针对不同磁力的永磁体和直径各异的线圈对作动器输出力进行定性分析。主动吸振器的仿真计算与实验室输出力测试结果进行了对比。
A new type of electromagnetic active vibration absorbers is designed and analyzed to study the stability of its output force and the maximum of the output force.The magnetic circuit structure is simulated and analyzed by means of the equivalent magnetic circuit method,and the calculation formula of the output force of the electromagnetic actuator is obtained.The output force of the actuator is qualitatively analyzed for permanent magnets with different magnetic forces and coils of different diameters.The simulation results of the active vibration absorber are compared with those of the measured output force in the test.
