中文摘要:

目的探索云南不明原因心源性猝死的流行病学规律和发病特点。方法选择曾上报云南不明原因心源性猝死病例的23个县进行云南不明原因心源性猝死病例回顾性调查及病例搜索,以1975—2004年21年中的猝死病例为调查对象,逐级培训调查员,统一调查方法,统一制定及下发调查表格,死者家属、见证人、救治医生、村干部为询问对象。结果299例被定为“云南不明原因心源性猝死”,其中死亡病例286例(95.65%),同发病例13例(4.35%)。死亡病例中有36例(12.04%)为该次回顾性调查中搜索到。该病发病具有明显的家庭和村庄聚集性、明显的季节分布、青壮年多发等流行病学特点及突然发病、突然死亡的发病特点;病区自然村主要分布在2100~2300m高海拔地带。结论云南不明原因心源性猝死是一种新的、尚未被完全认知的一类疾病;可能是由多种病因共存,遭受某种致病因子打击而表现出以“猝死”为主要发病特点的疾病。

英文摘要:

Objective To completely collect the data of the unexpected sudden cardiac death (USCD) in Yunnan, so as to master the disease character. Methods The research objects were the USCD cases from 1975 to 2004. According to the unified methods and forms, retrospective investigation was made in 23 USCD counties and 10 control counties. The data were collected by asking family numbers, eyewitness, doctors and village leaders. Results A total of 356 resemble cases were analysed and 299 UCSD cases were defined, in which 286 (95.65%) had died and 13 were simultaneously cases(4. 35% ). 36 USCD cases( 12. 04% ) were searched this time. The USCD incidence revealed family and village clustering, and seasonal character. The cases mostly were young people. The disease was suddenly attacked, and the cases were suddenly dead. Most cases were living in villages with altitude from 2 100 to 2 300 meters. Conclusion The USCD is a strange disease at present, and probably concerns with many unknown factors. Sudden death occurred by a particular factor attacking.
