为获得稳定的TiO2溶胶,以钛酸四丁酯为先驱体,系统研究TiO2胶体的溶胶-凝胶转变过程,考察不同工艺条件对TiO2溶胶的黏度及胶凝时间的影响,并对其胶凝机理作了初步探讨.实验结果表明,获得稳定的TiO2溶胶的最佳工艺条件为:采用乙酰丙酮改性钛酸四丁酯,乙酰丙酮与钛酸四丁酯的摩尔比为1,水与醇盐的摩尔比为1,乙醇与醇盐的摩尔比为4,pH控制在2左右.
With Ti ( OBu )4 as alkoxide precursor, sol-gel transition of TiO2 sol was studied to obtain steady TiO2 sol. The influence of different reaction conditions on viscosity and gel time was investigated, and the mechanism of sol-gel process was also researched. Experimental results show that the acetylacetone can greatly improve the stability of the sols and prolonging the gel time. The optimum preparation conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of acetylacetone to Ti(OBu)4 is 1, Ti(OBu)4 to water is 1, and alcohol to Ti(OBu)4 is 4, and the pH value of the solution is about 2.
