为了解和分析中国华南地区主要海水养殖水域中哈维氏弧菌的抗药性,本文研究了该地区海水养殖水域的41株哈维氏弧菌(Vibrio harveyi)对40种常见抗生素的耐药性,并作了聚类分析,探讨了耐药性同菌株的时空分布关系.结果显示:41株菌均对阿米卡星耐药,其对40种抗生素的耐药率为4.9%~100%,所有菌株对40种抗生素的多重耐药比率在27.5%~95.0%之间,对30种以上抗生素耐药的菌株有15株;耐药谱型有41种,三亚、文昌、深圳、临高、陵水、湛江等地区的分离菌株分别含有11,11,3,3,1,12种耐药谱型,这5个地区的共同耐药谱为:莫/氨/强/青/咪/丁;2010年、2011年、2012年、2013年、2015年的分离株分别具有4,5,5,24,3种耐药谱型.于聚类分析中,在欧式距离的平方为2时,实验菌株可分为Ⅰ~Ⅶ7个亚群,分别含有9,5,9,5,2,10,1种耐药谱型,耐药量最少的是亚群Ⅴ,共11种,最多的是亚群Ⅶ,共19种;在欧式距离的平方为8时,菌株可聚类为GroupⅠ、GroupⅡ两个组群,这两个组群的菌株对麦/利/罗/左/环/壮/恩/吩/新9种抗生素的敏感性存在明显差异,GroupⅠ菌株的耐药种类明显多于GroupⅡ菌株的耐药种类,并且其耐药谱型更多.实验结果表明:中国华南地区海水养殖水域中的哈维氏弧菌具有严重的多重耐药性,哈维氏弧菌分离株的耐药谱型多样性,对于来源不同的菌株,其耐药谱型存在差异,耐药性聚类分析方法是对这些菌株的一种有效分型手段.
In the study, the resistance to antibiotic of Vibrio harveyi isolates collected from mariculture area in South China was investigated. The antibiotic resistance profiles of 41 strains were tested with 40 common antibiotics, and the antimicrobial susceptibility data were used to analyze correlations between antibiogram and subgroup types. 41 V. harveyi were resistant to amikacin, the resistance rate of 40 kinds of antibiotics to the strain was 4.9% ~100%, the multiple resistant rate of strains to 40 kinds of antibiotics was 27.5% -95.0%, among which there are 15 strains resistant to more than 30 antibiotics. 41 V. harveyi strains formed 41 antibiogram types, the isolates originating from Sanya, Wenchang, Shenzhen, Lingao, Lingshui and Zhanjiang possessed 11, 11, 3, 3, 1, 12 of the antibiogram types, respectively, and all shared the type AMO/AMP/DOX/PG/AZL/ AK. The isolates in 2010, 2011,2012, 2013, and 2015 representative antibiogram types was 4, 5, 5, 2, and 4, respectively. The strains clustered into seven subgroups ( i ~ vi) when the Squared Euclidean was 2 and each subgroup contained 9, 5, 9, 5, 2, 10, and 1 kinds of antibiogram types. The tolerance dose of subgroup v was the lowest, which included 11 species, the tolerance dose of subgroup vii was the highest, which included 19 species. When the Squared Euclidean was 8, the strains were clustered into Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ, and there were significant differences in the sensitivity of the eight antibiotics MID/RIF/RT/LEV/CIP/STP/ENR/CTC/ NEO. Our results indicated that the V. harveyi strain isolates from Maricuhure area in south China had serious multidrug resistance, the antibiogram of V. harveyi strains were difference, and the resistance patterns of different strains were also different. Clustering analysis is an effective method for these strains.
