采用真空热压烧结工艺制备了Al2O3/Ti(C,N)/ZrO2纳微米复合陶瓷工模具材料。用扫描电镜观察了其断口形貌和微观结构。分析了纳米ZrO2含量对复合材料力学性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明:当ZrO2体积分数为10%时,其抗弯强度、断裂韧性、硬度分别达到625MPa、8.58MPa·m^1/2。和16.37GPa。
Al2O3 based ceramic tool and die composite materials reinforced by nanometer sized Ti(C, N) and ZrO2particles are fabricated by vacuum hot--pressing technique. Fracture morphology and mi- crostructure are observered with SEM. The effects of ZrO2 contents on the mechanical properties of the ceramic composite are investigated. Results show that as ZrO2content increases to be 10vol%, its flexural strength, hardness and fracture toughness are up to 625MPa, 8.58MPa·m1/2 and 16.37GPa, respectively.
