利用扫描电子显微镜对鞘舌卷柏(Selaginella,vaainataSpring)、狭叶卷柏(S.mairei H.Lev)、小翠云(S.kraussiana (Kunze)A.Br.)、镰叶卷柏(S.drepanophylla Alson)、单籽卷柏(S.monospora Spring)5种卷柏的大、小孢子进行了详细的观察.结果表明,5种卷柏科植物的孢子在形态上具有高度的一致性:都为三裂缝、辐射对称.其孢子具有复杂的外部纹饰特征,可作为种问鉴别的重要分类依据.
The megaspores and microspores of five species of Selaginellaceae Selaginella vaginata Spring, S. mairei H . Lev , S . kraussiana ( Kunze ) A. Br., S . drepanophylla Alson, S . monospora Spring were observed for morphological features under scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The spore morphologies of the five species have great similarities :trilete and radial symmetry. The SEM studies showed that complex ornamentations on the surface have distinct differences in the five species.
