应用RCM技术对往复式柱塞泵中柱塞的寿命分布类型及可靠性规律进行研究。整理某炼化企业往复泵的维修记录,统计出柱塞的有效运行时间作为柱塞寿命,通过K-S检验方法进行拟合优度检验,确定柱塞的寿命服从威布尔分布,并且利用两参数威布尔分布得出柱塞寿命概率密度函数、可靠性趋势及失效率函数。结果表明:柱塞的平均寿命为5733h,柱塞的更换时间大多集中于3700h;在可靠度为95%时,柱塞的定期维修周期为1069h;引起柱塞失效的主要原因是磨损和拉毛。
Applying RCM technology to research the life distribution type and reliability rule of plunger of the reciprocating plunger pump.Sorting out the effective running time of plunger as its life from the maintenance records of reciprocating pump in a refinery,using K-S test method to test its goodness of fit and then proving that the plunger's life obeying the Weibull distribution. Using the two parameter Weibull distribution to drive probability density function of life,reliability trend and failure rate function of the plunger.The results show that the MTTF of the plunger is 5733 h,and time to change plunger is mostly concentrated around 3700 h. The regular maintenance cycle of plunger is 1069 h under the reliability of 95%. Wear and galling are the major causes that causing plunger failure.
