This paper takes the upstream supply chain consisting of multiple suppliers and a manufacturer as the research object, considers that demand is stochastic and affects product price and the price of the product unmarketable, and constructs the economic effect model under the traditional and VMI mode.In order to make the distribution of benefits more reasonable, the paper puts price subsidy allocation as the starting point and establishes a revenue sharing contract model based on Nash negotiation.Through theoretical proof and example analysis, the results show that this model not only overcomes the shortcoming that the influence by bargaining power is too big when using Nash negotiations simply, but also retains the advantage that revenue sharing contract based on Nash negotiation can achieve optimal benefits of the supply chain. The research provides the guarantee for the implementation of the upstream section VMI mode.
