利用Comsol软件对嵌入石墨烯环的纳米光纤进行了理论研究,得出石墨烯环嵌入后的纳米光纤的电场和磁场分布,探讨了石墨烯环嵌入后对总能量和能量均值的影响。通过改变碳原子的数目,得到了不同尺寸石墨烯环嵌入后纳米光纤电磁学特性的变化。结果显示,嵌入石墨烯环的光纤,其总电场、总磁场的能量均比标准光纤低;嵌入的石墨烯环越小,光纤中心的能量密度越低;石墨烯环对电场磁场x,y各分量方向不产生影响,但是会导致其强度降低。
Nano optical fiber embedded grapheme ring is researched by software Comsol muhiphysics, besides it is explored the distribution of the electric and magnetic field in this novel structure, and the effect on the total energy and energy density due to the embedded grapheme ring. By changing the number of carbon atoms, the electromagnetic characteristic variation is given in optical fiber. The results show that total electric energy and total magnetic energy are always lower than basic optical fiber; energy density in fiber core is related to the size of embedded graphene ring, that is, when the size is smaller, the energy density is lower. Moreover, directions of electric field or magnetic field are not affected by the embedded graphene ring, but the intensity are weakened.
