针对传统提花计算机辅助设计(CAD)软件无法生成大纹针彩色提花意匠的难点,基于数字图像处理及色彩学理论,对大纹针彩色提花仿真配色方法展开研究,提出一种适合于大纹针数码彩色提花的自动配色算法;采用图像分治划分策略,解决了大纹针图像处理对计算机资源高消耗的需求。结果表明,根据实际需要对经纬纱进行动态组合,仅利用4。8根彩色纱线即可完成彩色图像的提花仿真设计与编织工作,有利于提升提花织物的色彩丰富度和产品附加值。
In order to solve the problem that the traditional jacquard CAD software could not automatically generate the artistic conception drawing of large weaving jacquards, an intelligent color algorithm fitting for large-weaving jacquards was proposed based on digital image processing and color theory, which researched the color scheme simulation in large weaving colorful digital jacquards. This algorithm solved the high consumption of computer resource needs of large weaving processing through using image block dividing method. In accordance to different needs with dynamic combination, only 4 to 8 colorful yarns are used to complete the jacquard design and weaving of colorful images. This algorithm can greatly improve the fabric' s color saturation and product' s additional value.
