以某轿车公司悬点焊作业为研究对象建立标准资料。首先将悬点焊作业过程分解为取件、装卡、焊接、松卡、放件等五个作业要素,在此基础上确定影响各作业要素时间的因素;其次,运用秒表测时方法测定不同工件的取、放件时间、不同工位工件的焊接时间,用模特法确定装卡、卸工件作业时间;最后对测得的数据进行多元回归分析,建立悬点焊作业的标准资料。
This paper established time standard material for hanging spot welding job based on the study of some passenger car company. First, decomposed the hanging spot welding job into five essential job elements, namely taking work piece, installing, welding, unloading and putting finished work piece. After that, the factors which affect the working time of these job elements are found out; and then the taking/putting time of different work pieces and welding time of work pieces on different stations are measured by stopwatch. Besides, the installing and unloading times are determined by MOD method. Finally, with the multiple regressions the data are analyzed and the time standard material for the hanging spot welding job is established.
