以实现Ti(C,N)-Al2O3陶瓷基复合材料与40Cr钢的有效连接为目的,对各种焊接方法进行了比较试验研究。结果表明,辅助脉冲电流液相扩散焊可以减少焊缝中Ag-Cu共晶组织含量,增加Ag固溶体、Cu固溶体数量,从而对提升接头强度发挥一定作用;如果焊缝主要以Ag-Cu共晶组织构成,钎焊过程中适度增加压力载荷,可以促进低熔点共晶液相排出焊缝,有利于改善接头强度。
In order to achive the effective bonding of Ti (C,N)-Al2O3 ceramic matrix composite and 40Cr steel, the experiments were conducted to compare different welding methods. The results show that the auxiliary pulse current liquid phase diffusion welding can reduce the content of eutectic Ag-Cu in weld seam, and increase the quantity of Ag solid solution and Cu solid solution, and play a certain role in the promotion of joint strength accordingly. If the weld seam is mainly composed of eutectic Ag-Cu, the moderate increase of presure load in the brazing process can promote the low melting point eutectic liquid phase to discharge from weld seam, and is conducive to improve the joint strength.
