对企业组织结构、权力结构及其对技术创新的影响等方面的文献进行了回顾梳理．在此基础上提出了几个推论，从而形成一个企业内部权力结构影响技术转移、利用与创新的整合框架。本文认为，不同形式组织结构影响着内部集权与分权程度，进而影响了企业技术转移和技术创新的能力，但权力结构对技术的组织内转移和组织间转移会有不同的影响。
英文摘要：
This paper reviewed the literature of organizational and power structure of enterprises and its impact on the technological innovation, on the basis of which several proposition was advanced. And then, an integrated framework of the relationship between internal power structure and technology transfer/exploitation/innovation was constructed. We argued that the organizational structure of different forms affect the degree of centralization and decentralization of enterprise, thus affect technology transfer and technological innovation capacity. But the effect of organizational and power structure will be different between intra-and inter-organizational technology transfer.
