文章在概述环境扫描与知识创新的基本理论的基础上,重点分析客户环境扫描、竞争对手环境扫描和供应商环境扫描对企业知识创新的作用,并创造性地构建了三者对企业知识创新的作用模型。研究表明任务环境扫描对企业的知识创新具有促进作用,未来研究应关注企业的一般环境因素,加强应用性研究,进行多学科的交叉研究。本研究不仅能丰富环境扫描与知识创新领域的研究成果,还为我国企业有效开展环境扫描实践,提升知识创新提供了参考。
Based on an overview of basic theory of the environmental scanning and knowledge innovation, this paper focuses on analyzing the role of customer environmental scanning, competitor environmental scanning and supplier environmental scanning for enterprise knowledge innovation, and creatively constructs the role model of the environmental scanning to enterprise knowledge innovation. The findings suggest that task environment scanning has a promoting effect to enterprise' s knowledge innovation, future researches should focus on the general environmental factors of the enterprise, applied research should be strengthen, and interdisciplinary research should be implemented. The paper can not only riches the research achievements in the field of environmental scanning and knowledge innovation, also provides the reference for carrying out environmental scanning practice effectively and improving knowledge innovation in China.
