以拟南芥野生型和psc1突变体为材料,研究蔗糖(30、60、90、120、150 mmol/L)诱导花青素的积累。结果表明:蔗糖浓度高于60 mmol/L时,拟南芥psc1突变体中花青素的积累比野生型明显降低,花青素生物合成关键基因DFR的表达量减少。在无蔗糖和有蔗糖(90 mmol/L)条件下,添加表油菜素内酯进一步分析拟南芥psc1突变体中花青素的积累,结果显示,表油菜素内酯能显著增加拟南芥psc1突变体中花青素含量以及DFR基因的表达。
Arabidopsis wild-type and psc1 mutant were used to investigate the anthocyanin accumulation induced by sucrose.The results showed that the anthocyanin was induced by sucrose and the expression of DFR,a key gene in anthocyanin biosynthesis,compared with wild-type,was clearly reduced in the psc1 mutant when the sucrose concentration was higher than 60 mmol/L.The psc1 mutant was treated by epibrassinolide with or without sucrose,and it was found that the application of epibrassinolide remarkably increased the sucrose-induced anthocyanin content and the expression of DFR gene of the psc1 mutant as well.
