选取NaCl、Na2SO4和NaHCO33种盐,在乌拉尔甘草的种子萌发阶段进行不同浓度的盐胁迫试验,研究乌拉尔甘草种子的萌发行为对3种盐胁迫的响应。结果表明,Na2SO4和NaCl 2种盐胁迫使种子萌发的起始期和高峰期延迟。相同浓度条件下,Na2SO4处理对种子萌发行为的抑制作用比NaCl处理的强。NaHCO3胁迫条件下的萌发率、萌发势和萌发指数随着盐浓度的升高均呈现下降趋势,但各处理未出现种子萌发延迟的现象。25mmol/L的NaHCO3处理对种子萌发的影响与对照组无显著差异,说明弱碱性的土壤环境对乌拉尔甘草种子的萌发无明显影响。80 mmol/L的NaCl和Na2SO4处理均促进乌拉甘草种子的萌发,表明乌拉尔甘草种子能够在低盐的土壤环境中较好地萌发。
Effects different concentration of NaCl,Na2SO4 and NaHCO3 on Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisc.seed germination were studied in this paper,it will provide the reference for the selection of suitable saline-alkali land to growing Glycyrrhiza uralensis.The results showed that the germination starting and germination peak were delayed in Na2SO4 and NaCl stress.The inhibition on germination in Na2SO4 stress was more severe than NaCl treatment under the same condition.With the increasing concentration of NaHCO3,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index all declined.But there were no influence on the germination starting.The concentration of 25 mmol/L NaHCO3 had no significant effect on the germination rate,germination potential and germination index.The germination rate increased under 80mmol/L NaCl or Na2SO4 treatment.
