生物膜载体填充率是影响移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)性能的关键因素。采用聚氨酯海绵作为生物膜载体,分析了不同填充率下MBBR工艺同步硝化反硝化(SND)的脱氮性能,以及生物膜载体上生物量的变化特征。试验结果表明,当填充率分别为10%、20%和30%时,对TOC和NH4+-N的去除效果无显著差别,去除率分别均在93%和95%以上,但填充率为20%的略高,并且3种填充率条件下对TN的去除率分别为(77.2±7.4)%、(85.5±9.3)%以及(86.7±9.9)%,SND效率分别为(85.5±8.7)%、(91.3±9.4)%和(93.3±10.2)%。可见,脱氮率随填充率的增加而增大,但20%和30%填充率时没有明显差异。而对于载体上生物量生长来说,填充率为20%时单位质量海绵上的生物量最高。综合考虑,以聚氨酯海绵为生物膜栽体的MBBR反应器最佳填充率为20%。
The filling fraction of biofilm carriers is a key factor affecting the performance of the moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR). Using polyurethane sponges as biofilm carriers, the performance of simultaneous nitrification and denitrification (SND) and the characteristics of biomass on biofilm carriers with different filling fractions ( 10% , 20% and 30% ) were studied. When the filling fraction was 10% , 20% and 30% , the three reactors demonstrated similar removal efficiencies of TOC and NH4 - N, which were more than 93% and 95%, respectively. Although, the removal efficiency was slightly higher when the filling fraction was 20%. The removal efficiencies of TN from the three reactors were (77.2 ±7.4) %, (85.5 ± 9.3 ) % and (86.7 ± 9.9 ) %, respectively ; and the efficiency of SND was ( 85.5 ± 8.7) %, (91.3 ± 9.4) % and (93.3 ± 10.2) %, respectively. It was shown that the removal efficiencies increased as the filling fraction rose, but there was no significant difference between the tilling trac- tion of 20% and 30%. With respect to the biomass growth on the carriers, the biomass per unit mass sponge was the highest when the filling fraction was 20%, followed by 10% and 30%. It is concluded that the best filling fraction of MBBR reactor when using polyurethane sponges as biofilm carriers is 20%.
