运用情景嵌入式的研究方法,以广东省工业设备安装公司为案例,深入探讨了企业制度地位和高管认知如何影响企业在中国市场环境下的横向整合管理模式选择。研究结果发现,跨区域整合国内市场的企业,因市场分割的挑战而对其管理模式做出了有效变通,当企业制度地位高且认知清晰时,比较容易克服市场分割的障碍,从而复制其获取规模经济效益的管理模式;反之,则会响应地方市场和政府的要求而修正其管理模式。
Based on the approach of Situational embedding, we discuss the impact of enterprises' institutional status and cognition on their choices of horizontal integration management mode in the circumstances of Chinese market by adopting Industrial Equipment Installation Company of Guang- dong Province as a case. The results show that when an enterprise enters regional markets where its institutional status is high, it has greater autonomy to choose a management mode for the pursuit of horizontal integration benefit. But it has to meet the local requirements in choosing a management mode when its institutional status is low. Besides, top managers' cognition of the market environment and its own status has more direct influences on the choices of management mode in Chinese enterprises horizontal integration.
