在信息技术飞速发展和国际竞争日益激烈的今天,学校到底应该培养什么样的人?21世纪究竟需要什么样的人才?美国威廉和弗洛拉·休利特基金会与美国研究院合作开展的深度学习项目(SDL)对以上问题给予了回答。在概述SDL研究背景和研究设计的基础上,从核心概念、促进深度学习的策略和途径、深度学习的效果三个维度进行了介绍与解读。SDL研究对我国深度学习研究具有以下五点启示:需要充分把握与理解深度学习的内涵和目标;加强促进深度学习的策略和途径研究;注重课堂教学层面的深度学习实践研究;强化一线教师深度学习理论培训以及国家层面在政策上给予支持等。
With the rapid development of information technology and global competition,what qualifications are required for students in the school education? What kinds of qualified people are needed for 21st century? SDL has answered the above questions. The main research was based on the summary of the research backgrounds and research design of the project of SDL, including three dimensions: the core concepts, the strategies and methods of promoting deeper learning, and the effectiveness of deeper learning, and so on. Moreover, this research provided the following enlightenments of the project of SDL to advance the research of deeper learning in China: deeply understanding the meanings and purposes of deeper learning, reinforcing the promotion of the strategies and research methods of deeper learning, emphasizing empirical research of deeper learning, strengthening the training of deeper learning for teachers,providing supports on government policies, and so on.
