针对整体薄壁结构件容易出现的变形问题进行了研究,建立了在静态铣削力作用下,两边固定两边自由薄壁零件的挠曲面方程和边界条件,并通过有限元软件ANSYS12.0对薄壁零件的变形进行了分析计算。
The deformation of overall thin-walled structures under static milling force is studied. The deformation e- quations and boundary conditions have been established. Deformation of thin-walled parts is analyzed and calculated by ANSYS12.0.
