文章以2005—2014年全国的数据为基础,综合考虑资源、人口、环境、经济和社会各个子系统有代表性的指标,利用主成分分析构建了全国经济社会协调发展的指标体系,并通过将指标数据导入DEAP 2.1求解DEA模型来研究经济社会协调发展的效率。结果表明,我国近年来技术水平不断发展,全国经济社会协调发展的效率得到较大提高,但2007—2009年仍出现了技术效率无效的情况,这说明技术的进步是提高一个国家各方面协调发展效率的关键,应当从以下三方面努力:一是加强对各方面高新技术的研究推广以及对高级专业人才和技术人员科研创新能力的培养,政府投入适当资金和制定相关政策;二是提高各投入要素利用率,调整投入产出发展模式,达到规模效应和技术有效性;三是促进各国先进技术和经验的广泛交流,促进全国各系统的协调发展效率。
Based on the national data collected between 2005 and 2014 , this paper comprehensively analyzes the representative indicators of development, such as resources, population, environment, economy and social subsys-tems ,and constructs an index system for the coordinated development of China ’ s national economy and society u-sing principal component analysis (PCA). By importing the index data to DEAP2. 1 , we have been able to rely on DEA model to analyze the coordinated development efficiency of our economy and society. The results show that the technical level of our country has been on the rise in recent years, and the efficiency of national economic and so-cial coordinated development has been greatly improved. However, it is found that the technical efficiency was still invalid between 2007 and 2009. Then, the paper puts forward some suggestions to further improve the efficiency of the coordinated development of China's economy and society.
