The agreement formed by the UN climate change conference in Copenhagen,reunites the responsibility and consensus for humay＇s response to global climate change.Transforming the mode of development has become a new Long March of the 21st century in the history of human development.As the transformation of the Chinese Mode of Economic Development progress,China Excellent Tour-City will face some challenge and major opportunities brought by the transformation mode of growth.Creating a low-carbon tourist city is the advanced stage of city livable and eco-development.Innovation in urban public services guidelines of low-carbon tourism,creating low-carbon tourist attraction,developing urban low-carbon tourism facilities,nurturing comfortable urban tour environment,and promoting low-carbon tourism consumption patterns,are five fundamental dimensions to construct a low-carbon tour city.To this end,there is a need for regulatory,interactive,as well as exemplary development,and speeding up to form the pattern of low-carbon tourism citys development with Chinese characteristics.
