汽车行驶工况反映某一车型车速时间历程,在仿真计算进行各种台架试验和道路试验代表时被广泛使用。AVL Cruise能按照指定的程序模拟各种行驶工况,包括瞬变的非稳定工况,因而能预测汽车在各种工况下的动力性和燃油经济性。但目前Cruise自带的工况与我国城市的实际道路运行状况存在较大差别,因此所测量的燃油经济性与实际情况有较大出入。对合肥市本地行驶工况数据进行采集、合成,并将其导入Cruise中,形成了基于Cruise的合肥市行驶工况数据库。同时在此基础上进行燃油经济性对比仿真,为后续传动系优化设计打下基础。
Automobile driving conditions reflect the relationship between speed and time,which is widely used in the simulation of bench test and road test.AVL Cruise can simulate a variety of driving conditions in accordance with the specified procedures,including transient non-stable condition,which can predict the vehicle power and fuel economy under various conditions.However,there is a big difference between the current condition and the actual path operating conditions.So the measured fuel economy has some discrepancy with the actual situation.Firstly,the local data of driving conditions in Hefei was collected.And then was syntheticed,and imported them into Cruise.At last,Hefei-based Cruise driving conditions database was formated.Contrastive simulation of fuel economy was made,which makes a basis for follow-up optimal design of transmission.
