提出了一种轿车乘员室声场整体声学特性的改善方法.对现有的壁板声学贡献分析方法进行改进,采用了新的参数“声学贡献和”与“声场总贡献”来分析和衡量车身板件对乘员室声压响应的声学贡献,建立了针对多场点多响应峰值的乘员室声场降噪的方法,并以某型轿车为例详细阐述了该方法的使用情况,确定出车身板件上最佳的阻尼层贴附位置.结果表明,所提出的方法不仅使得乘员室声场取得了显著的降噪效果,而且明显降低了用于减振降噪的附加质量的使用量,有利于车身轻量化.
A methodology for refining the acoustic characteristics throughout the automotive interior sound field was brought forward. The known panel acoustic contribution analysis (PACA) methodology was improved. "Acoustic contribution sum" and "total sound field contribution", as two new parameters, were introduced to estimate acoustic contributions of auto-body panels to the interior sound field characterized with multiple field points and large resonance peaks of sound pressure. A methodology for automotive interior sound field refinement was also proposed on the base of the improved PACA methodology. It can guide to place damping layers at the optimum locations on the auto-body. The analysis results show that the methodology has significant effect on alleviating interior sound field pressure and decreasing additional mass.
