以处理广东某厂生活污水工程为实例,介绍以MUCT工艺为主体工艺的工艺设计参数、工艺特点、运行效果及运行成本。该工程处理水量为6000t/d,进水COD、BOD5、SS和TP分别为300mg/L、200mg/L、250mg/L和4mg/L,对COD、BOD5、SS和TP的去除率分别为88.3%、96%、86%和87.5%,出水水质分别为35mg/L、8mg/L、35mg/L和0.5mg/L,出水水质达到广东省地方标准《水污染物排放限值》DB44/26-2001的第二时段Ⅰ级标准,吨水处理费用0.665元。该工艺具有处理效果良好、脱氮除磷成本经济的优点。
This paper will discuss the application of MUCT in treating domestic sewage at a factory in Guangdong.In particular,the paper introduces the process design parameters,process characteristics,operation results and operation cost for using MUCT as main process.The processing capacity of waste water at this plant is 6000t/d,and the COD,BOD5,SS and TP of inflow are 300mg/L,200mg/L,250mg/L and 4mg/L respectively.The removal rate of COD,BOD5,SS and TP are 88.3%,96%,86% and 87.5% respectively with the effluent qualities of 35mg/L,8mg/L,35mg/L and 0.5mg/L respectively.The effluent quality meets the second stage Ⅰ class standard for water pollutant emission limit value(DB44/26-2001,Guangdong local standard).The treatment cost is 0.665yuan/ton.This MUCT process has demonstrated an excellent treatment effect and low cost for nitrogen and phosphorus removal.
