随着科学技术的迅猛发展,现代生物学技术已经发展到后基因组时代,蛋白质组学是在整体水平上研究细胞内蛋白质组成及其活动规律的新兴学科。二维差异凝胶电泳(Two dimension difference gel electrophoresis.2D—DIGE)技术是在双向凝胶电泳(Two—dimensional eleetrophoresis,2-DE)基础上发展起来的一种新兴的荧光标记的定量蛋白质组学技术,是分析和鉴定基因功能的强有力工具,比经典的2-DE技术具有更高的动力学范围和灵敏性。该文就2D—DIGE技术的发展以及在昆虫研究上的应用前景进行了展望。
With the rapid development of scientific technology, modern biology techniques have developed to post-genome era,proteomics is an emerging discipline to study the composition and activity patterns of intracellular protein on the overall level.Two dimension difference gel electrophoresis (2D-DIGE)technique develops based on two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE), which is an emerging quantitative proteomics technique and a powerful tool for analysis and appraisal gene function.2D-DIGE has wider dynamics range and higher sensitivity than classical 2-DE technique.In the review,the development of 2D-DIGE technique and the application prospect in insect research were described.
