Higher Professional Technical Institute of Bohai University has carried out the comprehensive research and practice about teaching reform of computer basis course： design the new teaching concept with students as the main body,employment as the guidance, innovative ability cultivation as the goal; set up the new teaching system adopting a large number of simulation cases, highlight skills, be close to practice, apply the learned knowledge; adopt the new teaching method using the multimedia, the practice teaching permeated by network classroom, combined with simulation case, assisted by community activities, students＇ practice teaching integrating with teachers＇ scientific research, and promoted by achievement exhibition.
