详细分析了现有感应电机六脉冲开关模式直接转矩控制方法的优缺点,在此基础上,提出一种十八脉冲开关模式控制方法,给出基于这种十八边形磁链电压调制直接转矩控制方法的理论分析、谐波处理机理及算法实现方式,并通过半实物仿真实验和样机运行考核,验证了本文方法的有效性。试验结果表明:十八脉冲开关模式直接转矩控制方法能够有效地解决六脉冲开关模式控制方法谐波含量高的问题,因逆变器反射到中间直流回路的谐波明显减弱,使得异步电动机在高速域内的低频转矩脉动减小,控制性能得到较大提高。
The paper analyzes the existing 6-pulse switching-mode DTC method of induction motors and points out its advantages and disadvantages. Then a new 18-pulse switching-mode DTC method is presented. The theoretical analysis, harmonic disposal mechanism and algorithm implementation mode are given on the basis of the 18-side polygon flux linkage voltage modulation. The method is proved to be effective through virtual object experiments and prototype operation. Through the experiments, it is shown that the 18-pulse switching-mode DTC method can solve the high harmonic proportion problem produced by the 6-pulse switching-mode DTC method efficiently. Harmonics reflected from the inverter to the DC circuit are weakened evidently. With regard to asynchronous motors, this decreases the low frequency torque pulsation in the high-speed range and improves the control performance to a great extent.
