This paper has designed a new conjugate gradient（CG）formula with parameter and this has given CG formula possesses the sufficient descent property without any other conditions.The new algorithm is global convergence with the WWP line search under appropriate conditions.Preliminary numerical results turn out this new method is effective and suitable for the problem of unconstrained optimization.
