以优良自交系综3为供体亲本、许178为受体亲本,通过杂交、回交、自交,结合SSR分子标记辅助选择的方法。构建了一套许178遗传背景的综3染色体单片段代换系(Single segment substitution lines, SSSLs).该群体包含100个含有不同染色体片段的SSSLs,分布在玉米的10条染色体上,片段长度为2.25~186.03cM,平均长度为53.15cM,导入染色体片段总长为5314.80cM,覆盖率为47.85%.
The elite inbred lines Zong 3 and Xu 178 were used as a donor and receptor parent for constructing a set of single segment substitution line (SSSLs) in maize, respectively. The SSSLs of Zong 3 on Xu 178 genetic background were constructed by means of cross, backcross, selfing and marker assistant selection with SSR markers. The population included 100 SSSLs that distributed on 10 chro- mosomes in maize, and the substituted chromosomal segment length ranged from 2.25 to 186.03 cM. The total segment length was 5 314.80 cM with average length of 53.15 cM and 47.85% coverage in maize total genome.
