ANSYS/LS-DYNA数值模拟的计算结果表明,按规范设计的波形梁Ⅰ型(WBSGⅠ)护栏在车辆与刚性护栏的碰撞过程中,不能满足承载力要求,导向性差,有可能发生车辆越出护栏的坠车事故.参考东海大桥的护栏设计标准(TBSG),对规范中护栏各部件的设计参数做出调整,设计出波形梁Ⅱ型(WBSGⅡ)护栏.模拟结果表明,该护栏提高了护栏的安全性和车辆导向性.计算结果可为实车试验和工程实际应用提供参考依据.
Simulation results based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA show that WBSG Ⅰ designed according to the guardrail code can not sustain the bearing load, and has worse guiding behavior and less safety in comparison with TBSG. With a reference to the design criterion of guardrail on East Sea Bridge, the thickness of components is increased in WBSG Ⅰ , and the FE model of WBSG Ⅱ is established. Simulation results indicate that WBSG Ⅱ is much safer and has better guiding behavior than WBSG Ⅰ , and provides a reference for practical impacting test and semi-rigid guardrail design.
