本实验通过对荒漠草原生态系统模拟增温和施氮肥,利用静态箱法研究温度和氮素增加对内蒙古荒漠草原生长季土壤甲烷通量的影响。研究结果表明:a)增温明显提高了土壤的各层温度和湿度,施氮对土壤温度没有明显的影响;b)荒漠草原为大气甲烷的弱汇;c)增温使荒漠草原土壤甲烷的吸收明显提高,施氮和增温施氮的交互作用对土壤甲烷的吸收在短时间内没有显著影响。
Effects of simulated warming and nitrogen addition on soil methane flux measured by closed chamber were investigated during vegetation time of Inner Mongolia desert steppe.The results were shown as follows: a) warming raised the temperature and moisture contents of each soil layer obviously,whereas influence of adding nitrogen wasn′t observed;b) desert steppe was a week sink of methane;c) warming improved significantly the soil methane absorption of desert steppe,and the interaction of warming and nitrogen addition did not affect soil methane absorption in short time.
