对小麦YABBY基因家族成员TaYAB1与TaCRC基因进行生物信息学分析。【方法】利用相应的计算机软件及数据库,对这2个基因的理化性质、结构与功能进行分析预测,同时构建其同源基因的系统进化树。【结果】TaYAB1与TaCRC蛋白为不稳定亲水性蛋白。其蛋白结构中无跨膜区,属于非分泌性蛋白。TaYAB1与TaCRC蛋白亚细胞定位于细胞核,有多种二级结构形式。功能分析预测这2个蛋白具有转录与转录调控功能。【结论】在小麦背腹极性建立中,小麦TaYAB1与TaCRC基因可能在转录调控过程中发挥重要作用。
[Objective] This study aimed to conduct bioinformatics analysis of TaYAB1 and TaCRC in YABBY gene family from wheat. [Method] The physicochemical characteristics, structures and functions of TaYAB1 and TaCRC were predicted and analyzed with software tools and database. Meanwhile ,the phylogenetic tree of TaYAB1 and TaCRC and related YABBY proteins was constructed. [Result] TaYAB1 and TaCRC are unstable hydrophilic proteins without transmembrane domains. They are located in nuclear and display several secondary structures. Function analysis predicted TaYAB1 and TaCRC have functions in transcription and transcription regulation. [Conclusion] TaYAB1 and TaCRC may play important roles in transcription and transcription regulation during the establishment of abaxial-adaxial polarity in wheat.
