为了提高工程项目合作伙伴间的协调效率,从专业化视角研究了工程项目合作伙伴的分工收益及分配问题。首先以优化后的作业时间代表伙伴各方的专业化水平,并建立模型形式化了基于专业化的分工收益;然后针对工程项目合作伙伴的特点,提出以Shapley值作为分配分工收益的方法;最后以算例说明了该方法的应用。研究结果表明,相对于局部分工和自给自足的组织结构而言,伙伴关系模式下完全专业化的合作各方的收益之和是最高的。同时,应用构建的基于作业时间的Shapley值模型来分配分工收益在实践中更易于操作。
In order to enhance the coordination efficiency between the partners of the construction project, the problem of the labor division income distribution among the partners of the construction project is studied from the visual angle of specialization. First, the optimized activity time represents the specialization level of the partners. Then, targeting at the features of the partners of the construction project, the Shapley value is proposed as a method to distribute the labor division income, and a model is constituted for formalizing the labor division income based on specialization. Finally, the application of the method is interpreted with an example. The results show that relative to the organization structures with local labor division and autarky, the sum of the income of each side of the complete specialized cooperation in the partnership mode is maximal. Simultaneously, it is easier to distribute the labor division income in practice by applying the Shapley value model based on the activity time.
