应用响应曲面法预测包含甲苯、异辛烷和正庚烷的汽油替代混合物辛烷值.以体积分数为输入,研究辛烷值、马达辛烷值为输出,建立数学模型,并比较了4种模型的预测性能.结果表明,改进的二阶模型MSOM的计算具有最低的SSE误差值,相比同为二阶的MLbV模型,总误差降低了46%.与此同时,MSOM可以对一定辛烷值的TRF燃料很好地进行组分比例的预测计算.根据绘制的辛烷值响应曲面和等值线可知,给定甲苯参比燃料的辛烷值,甲苯体积分数与基础燃料P值是成反比例的.
Response surface method is applied to predict octane number of any arbitrary tri-component gasoline surrogate consisting of toluene, i-octane and n-heptane. Comparison on predictability of four models is made, and the modified second of model (MSOM) is proved to be more accurate. Calculation by MSOM improves by 46% to total SSE comparing with MLbV model. For a given octane number, the component proportion of TRF can be predicted. Response surface and contour plot of octane number are drawn.
