为了更好地评估触点材料性能对开关电器寿命的影响,为触点材料的优选与组分设计提供参考,本文首先介绍了一种触点材料电性能模拟试验系统的主要特征和工作原理,进而以典型的拍合式汽车继电器为示范,研究了继电器动作过程中的触点熔焊力、静压力、碰撞力、触点动态位移/速度、线圈电流、触点电压/电流及相关时间参数的变化过程。
To better evaluate the effects of contact performance on the life of switch apparatus, and help the work of the contact materials component design, this paper introduces an experiment rig with various features and capabilities. Then a clapper-type automotive relay is selected as a test object, and welding force, stationary force, impact force, contact displacement, and velocity, coil current, contact voltage and current during the switching process are analyzed.
