为探究环境因素对农药使用质量评价示踪材料荧光素钠溶液的荧光强度的影响,提高荧光分析在施药效果中的准确性,通过改变温度、光照强度和荧光素钠溶液浓度,研究了荧光强度与上述3个因素以及时间的变化关系。结果表明:温度低于30℃时,荧光强度相对于原始荧光强度为正偏差,而温度高于30℃时为负偏差;荧光强度与光照强度呈负相关关系;荧光素钠溶液质量浓度为0.1μg/mL时,其荧光强度相对于原始荧光强度的变化值比高质量浓度(0.5~5.0μg/mL)溶液的荧光强度的变化值高20%;荧光强度随时间延长先有较大变化而后变平缓,在2h内荧光强度的最大值为原始值的140%。
In order to study the effect of environment on the measurement of fluorescence and improve the veracity of fluorescence spectrophotometry on pesticide application, temperature, intensity of illumination and concentration are taken into consideration in this experiment. The results showed that the fluorescence value (FV) is positively deviant to original value when the temperature is under 30℃, and above 30℃ FV is negatively deviant; FV and intensity of illumination are in negative correlation; the alteration of FV of higher concentration (0.5-5.0μg/mL) is 20% less evident than that of lower concentration (0.1μg/mL) ; the alteration of FV is obvious in the beginning and then is slight, and the maximum FV is 140% of original value in the first 2 h.
