A detection algorithm of one-dimension bar code printing quality based on digital image processing is proposed to solve the problems of bar code printing quality detection. Working flow of transforming algorithm is given and algorithm model is established. The algorithm can avoid spending too much time on repeated scanning in traditional bar code detection. The experiments result demonstrates that this algorithm can detect the bar code images effectively.
