针对综放开采工作面顶煤破碎问题,介绍了目前顶煤破碎机理的研究成果,以赵固二矿11111工作面为工程背景,结合格里菲斯强度理论,进行了实验室剪切实验,利用高速摄像机采集了不同剪切角下煤体表面裂隙发育情况。结果表明:煤体的破坏过程其本质是裂隙的延伸扩张,煤体中裂隙的存在形式决定了其破坏强度,为顶煤破碎机理研究提供了新思路。
Aiming at the broken top coal in fully mechanized top - coal caving face, the current research results of top coal breaking mechanism are introduced, and shear experiment is carried out in the engineering background of Zhaogu No. 2 Coal Mine top - coal caving face, combining with Griffith strength theory, the development of cracks on coal surface under different shear angles are collected with a high - speed camera. The results show that the failure process of coal is in essence the extension and expansion of fracture, and the existing form of cracks in coal determines the intensity of failure.
