介绍了弱界面结合材料的研究体系和力学性能的研究现状,重点分析了弱界面结合对陶瓷材料抗弯强度的影响及弱界面结合陶瓷材料的增韧机制。结果表明:通过合理的设计,弱界面结合不但不会降低陶瓷材料的抗弯强度,反而可以在一定程度上使材料的抗弯强度有所提高。
The development of weak-bonding interface ceramics and its mechanical properties are reviewed, The effect of weak-bonding interface on mechanical properties of ceramics is emphasized. The mechanism of weak-bonding interface ceramics toughening is analyzed. The result shows that weak-bonding interface will don' t reduce the flexure strength of ceramics with reasonable design. However it will enhance the flexure strength of ceramics.
