Both the traditional and modern prescriptions of preventing and curing lung-asthenia are cited as typical examples in the project, and the research aims at developing a new mode to invent some new traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and cure tuberculosis, with the method of the assembly of complicated system based on entropy, the nuclear combination of variey of traditional Chinese medicine is swifly screened out and tested~ The test shows that the traditional Chinese medicine（ benefiting vital energy and nourishing yin） would to some extent improve the immune capability of the mouses who have infected the tuberculosis acteria and affect some cytokine. Therefore it demonstrates indirectly that it has some curative effect to tuberculosis.
