为分析电缆供电方式对矿用电子设备工作安全性的影响,建立有屏蔽层电缆的耦合模型,运用电路理论分析影响钢带铠装电缆屏蔽效果的各种因素。结果表明:带有屏蔽层的电缆其屏蔽系数与导线以及屏蔽层之间的相对位置有关;铠装电缆缆皮的接地情况会影响其屏蔽系数,良好的接地有助于降低屏蔽系数;矿用钢带铠装电缆的屏蔽效果与频率密切相关,频率越高,屏蔽系数越小,屏蔽效果越好。
To analyze the safety property of the electronic device in mine where cables are mainly used to supply electricity,a coupling model of cables with screen layer was established.Circuit theory was applied to analyzing the different factors that influence the screening effects of steel belt-armored cables,and the frequency characteristics of screen factor was simulated and analyzed.The results suggest that,the screen factor of cables with screen layer is related to the relative position between leads and screen layer;the grounding of the cable skin will affect its screen factor,sound grounding helps to decrease screen factor;the screening effect of steel belt-armored cables used in coal mines is closely relevant with frequency,the higher the frequency,the smaller the screen factor,and the better the screening effects.
