为提高数控机床的使用寿命及使用效率,保证及时更新显示数控机床状态信息,实现提前预测并解决故障,开发了基于B/S架构的数控机床智能保障系统。分析JSP(Java script pages)和Servlet工作原理及流程,提出了基于javabean和servlet的工作体系,描述了自动和手动生成PDF格式的报告等系统关键技术。实践结果表明,基于JSP技术的数控机床智能保障系统,保证了机床信息的准确及时性,给维修维护提供了良好的依据,实现了集监控、预测、维护和保障于一体的一种全新的数控机床生产模式,具有实际工业推广价值。
To improve lifespan and efficiency of numerical control (NC) machine tool and ensure that the information of NC con- dition is displayed and updated in time, an intelligent security system is presented based on B/S structure to predict and solve the faults in advance. The working principle and workflow of JSP (Java script pages) and Servlet are introduced. A work system based on javabean and servlet is put forward and some key technology is described, such as automatically and manually generating PDF reports. Practice results shows that the system can ensure the accurate timeliness of NC machine tool and provide good ba- ses for maintenance so that a new NC machine tool production mode by combining monitoring, prediction, maintenance and secu- rity is realized. It has actual industrial promotion value.
