针对双通道开关磁阻电机运行时两个通道存在强烈电磁耦合的特点,提出一种双通道开关磁阻电机的建模方法。基于有限元模型,对双通道开关磁阻电机的磁场进行有限元分析,建立考虑互感耦合影响的双通道开关磁阻电机的非线性数学模型,对电机在不同工作模式下的稳态和动态特性进行对比仿真分析。搭建以功率变换器和DSP为核心的控制系统实验平台,分别在单通道和双通道工作模式下进行电动和发电运行实验以及闭环建压实验,实现双通道开关磁阻电机系统的两个通道的同步稳定运行和控制,实验结果验证了建模方法和理论分析的正确性。
Due to the electromagnetic mutual coupling between each channel in the dual channel switched reluctance machine(DCSRM),a modeling method for DCSRM is proposed in this paper.The magnetic field of dual-channel switched reluctance machine(SRM) was analyzed by using finite element method,and the nonlinear mathematic models of DCSRM including mutual coupling for both channels was developed.The steady state performances under different operation modes were simulated and compared.An experimental platform of digital control system was designed based on power converters and DSP.The experimental results such as motoring,generating and closed-loop generation were tested.Test results show the good performance of DCSRM system and verified the theory analysis and simulation results.
