为了提高电机转速测量的精度,在分析传统的频率法和周期法测量电机转速的基础上,提出了一种在宽范围内测量精度都比较高的直流电机转速测量方法,即截断法测速。截断法使用dsPIC33FJ256MC710F单片机和倍频电路在等周期内测量光栅脉冲数的基础上,对脉冲的截断误差进行测量,能够有效提高光栅脉冲的测量精度并且控制简单容易实现,试验结果表明,截断法测速的精度可以达到20×10^-6。
In order to improve the accuracy of the motor speed measurement, a DC motor speed measurement methods named truncation velocimetry with high precision under a wide range is proposed based on the original characteristics of several speed measurement methods. A single chip dsPIC33FJ256MCT10F and multiplier circuit are used to measure the Truncation error of the pulse in the same period. The method can effectively improve the measurement accuracy and implement easily. The experiment results show that the measurement accuracy of truncation velocimetry can reach 20PPM.
